In our search for good music, we recently came across post-rock mastodonts MONDRIAN OAK whose next album "Aeon" we'll be glad to release in September. Dense, thick, heavy instrumental post-rock with both an agressive touch and a melodic vein. Excellent stuff - check out their website here.

New Album Recording Session

Mondrian Oak will enter Red House Recordings studios in late December 2010 to record

their second full-length album, together with Manuel Volpe as sound mastermind.

The mixing will also be done by Manuel and the band themselves at Blue Record studios.

The album will be an aural concept, a hermetic, dark and heavy journey through sound,

soul and cosmos, with again no room for human voices.
